Complete tech debt overview of the whole open workspace

A seperate view with a complete list of all the tech debt ratings in the product would help tremendously to identify weakpoints.

Maybe even a tech debt rating for a file consisting of the average of the complete resulting tech debt in that file.

I'm also interested in a complete list of all tech debt ratings for an entire git repository. If it could be available via an API or extracted in a CSV file for metrics that would be awsome!

I love this extension! My team is really interested in utilizing this to tackle tech debt. having a tech debt overview at the PR level could great for keeping a team aware of on going code quality. I'd love to help with this project where I can.

I have very much class files and i want a list of every file not only for that that im in, so that i can priorise what need a rework at the most.
