I find it confusing that the three checkboxes open up new sections. In particular, "time lost" and "quality issue" are clear problems, whereas "suggestion" does not fit in with the other two, and it feels like the problem is a suggestion?
Hey @Paul, we've just released an update to the plugin with a new reporting modal that is hopefully much clearer 🤓 Let us know if it still feels a bit confusing!
I would leave this up to a qualified UX designer, but fundamentally it seems that having these on the same lines implies a logical grouping, which there isn't. Something like this may be better, but please bear in mind that I'm a dev, not a designer: https://jsfiddle.net/2yuLoprj/
