I would like to filter all issues that can be solved very easily, but stepsize does not allow to filter issues by the time needed to fix each one of them.

Your timing is pretty great – we're about to release a change to the issue, giving it Priority & Effort attributes. You'll be able to assign "Very Low" to "Very High" values to both of these and sort your issues by these attributes.
